In this scene, there are four persons who are speaking and the narrator. There is the chorus, the priest, the beggar and the doctor. In this passage, we can see Kino's discovery and people's reaction. At the beginning of this scene, we have a strange and short paragraph like a poem. The town is personified and is first compared to an animal and secondly to a human who has feelings and emotions.Afterwards we have a dialogue between the chorus which serves as a narrator and the characters introduced by the chorus. In fact the chorus shows how fast the news that Kino found a pearl spread. We are told what the doctor, the beggar, and the priest could do if they had this pearl. For example, the priest immediately remembers that there are repairs necessary to make in the church. It would be necessary for him to have the money of a big donor.
Or the beggar needs some money and says that there is no better donor than a poor man who has become rich.
Ah the end of the text, the chorus says that all men became Kino's enemies and he didn't realize it.
To express this hatred, the writer uses an enumeration in which there is a crescendo: " the dreams, the plans, the wishes, the needs, the hungers of everyone". In this passage, we can notice the repetition of " Kino has found the pearl of the world", to stress the idea that it is a magnificent pearl. The chorus says that everyman  has suddenly  become related to Kino's pearl, Kino and Juana live in a poor village where every man needs money.
Ah the end of the text, the chorus says  " but Kino and Juana didn't know these things. Because they were happy and excited, they thought everyone shared their joy". We can see that Kino and Juana are innocent, outside of the world. They don't realize that all people are not good. There is no music mentioned in this passage but there is some sort of musicality the first eight lines
